Sales Account Officer

The opportunity

As a Sales Account Officer, you will develop customer relationships and support SOSME’s commercial growth in your assigned territory. You will connect customer requirements with the SOSME operating system and work closely with the solutions, implementation and customer success teams.

What you will do

• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective customers in the assigned region.
• Identify business needs across finance, people, sales, supply, operations and governance.
• Present the SOSME value proposition and coordinate product demonstrations with the solutions team.
• Manage account follow-up, proposals, commercial discussions and agreed next steps.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and sales activity reports.
• Build relationships with business owners, executives and decision-makers.
• Coordinate a clear handover to implementation and customer success teams.
• Share market feedback and customer requirements with the wider SOSME team.

What you bring

• Customer-facing sales or account management capability, with an interest in business software and digital transformation.
• Ability to understand operational challenges and explain the value of a connected business platform.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization and follow-up skills.
• Confidence managing a territory pipeline and coordinating with technical and business teams.
• Professional communication in Arabic and English is valuable for the role.
• Ability to work with customers across the assigned region.
